Refund policy

This policy covers the $49 personal patch plan.

What this covers

This policy applies to payments for the $49 personal patch plan: written, step-by-step instructions for your hosting setup, sent by email. We never log in to your server.

Before your plan is sent

Until we email you your plan, you can ask for a full refund. We send plans within 24 hours.

After your plan is sent

Once your plan has been emailed to you, the payment is not refundable.

If the plan does not fit your setup

If the plan does not apply to your environment, tell us what is different and we will revise it once, free of charge.

How to ask

Email contact@php2shellcheck.com. Include the email address you used for the order and the date of the order, and say whether you want a refund or a revision.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.

Consumers in the EU/EEA: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the plan is a digital service, at checkout you expressly ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the plan has been sent in full. Until then you can still get a full refund, as described above.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
